In order to improve customer service, follow covid safety guidelines and enhance our building permit process, KingsRSC has added a feature of allowing you to book an appointment with a building inspector. Our preferred appointment methods are zoom or over the phone but we will accommodate in person appointments. In obtaining a building permit, this will minimize the number of visits to our office, ideally to one simple visit to pick up your permit and provide signatures at the end of the process.
