Planning Area Rural Plan Map

Studholm Parish Planning Area Rural Plan

The Studholm Parish Planning Area Rural Plan took effect when it was approved by the Minister of Environment and Local Government on July 20, 2000.

The document is a consolidated version of the Rural Plan that includes all amendments to the Rural Plan since its adoption.

 

For legal matters please contact Regional Service Commission 8 or the Registry Office at Service New Brunswick for the registered copy of the Rural Plan and subsequent amendments.

Village of Sussex Corner Rural Plan

The Village of Sussex Corner Rural Plan took effect when it was approved by the Minister of Environment of Environment on September 2008.

The document above is a consolidated version of the Rural Plan that includes all amendments to the Rural Plan since its adoption. Village of Norton Rural Plan

The Village of Norton Rural Plan has been adopted by the Village Council and approved by the Minister of Environment and took effect on February 7th, 2018 when it was filed at the Kings County Registry Office.

Hampton Parish Planning Area Rural Plan

Please be advised that a Rural Plan has been drafted for the LSD of Hampton.

 

Please note that two public hearings have already been conducted as part of the planning process. As of the date of the public hearing notice, and for a subsequent period of six months, no development may be permitted that is not in conformity with the proposed rural plan regulation, as per section 108 of the Community Planning Act.
